Hanna Asheber

Hanna Asheber is a second-year MD candidate at the University of Toronto, St. George. Her work focuses on knowledge mobilization, and for this project she co-created interactive educational modules centered on the Portfolio Diet, specifically designed for Peel residents with Type 2 diabetes. This work is part of a larger study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of a year-long program which includes participant education through e-modules, participation in two community gardening sessions, and the use of a diet-tracking app to monitor progress.
