Director of Research Programs, Operations and Partnerships
Tiffany Bartlett, B.Ed., M.A. Ed.
Tiffany Bartlett has over a decade of experience in the fields of Public Health, Education, Faculty Development and Healthcare, leading teams and programs in the areas of education, knowledge mobilization and collaborative research. Tiffany is passionate about health equity and collaborating with communities to support co-designed programs and projects aimed at addressing the social and environmental determinants of health.

Research Services Officers
Karen Nelson, B.A, M.Sc
Karen Nelson has over a decade of experience leading research programs in academic, government and community settings. These projects have been related to community health, housing, economic and rural development, planning and social services and beyond. Karen has worked in community-engaged research for eight years and is passionate about bringing together academic and community partners to advance high-impact research and knowledge to create meaningful change.

Dan Johnson, B.Sc, B.Ed, M.Ed
Dan Johnson has over 20 years of experience developing and leading public health and health education programs at the local, provincial and national level. He has contributed to projects and initiatives related to chronic disease prevention, 2SLGBTQ+ health, and health equity. Dan has expertise in and a passion for community engagement, curriculum design, knowledge exchange, and project and program management, assessment and evaluation.

Network Coordinator
Fatema Ali, H.B.Sc, M.Sc
Fatema Ali is the coordinator of network activities and research. She has experience conducting community-engaged projects that have focused on understanding how chronic diseases, health systems and policies impact people. She hopes to continue this work in the Peel Region to address social inequities and reduce the burden of chronic disease.

Administrative Assistant
Lydia Henderson
Lydia Henderson brings 12 years of experience in Events/Administrative Assistant roles in a number of healthcare organizations, most recently with Public Health Ontario and the Centre for Vaccine-Preventable Diseases in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health department. Lydia has experience in providing administrative support to key individuals in the roles she has worked in, including meeting management, and conference planning.
